C’MAN methodology workshop

$eDate: “30 January 2024”

Event by Pro Progressione

Responding to the rapidly changing needs within the cultural sector continues to pose a challenge for professionals and educators working in the field. Therefore, in collaboration with its international partners – KEA European Affairs (BE), The Green Room (FR), Central European University (AT) – Pro Progressione (HU) has developed a new methodology and digital curriculum in response to this challenge by involving instructors and professionals within the sector. The primary areas covered in the training material include project management, change management, and transitioning towards environmental consciousness.

We welcome all cultural managers, professionals, educators, university students, and institutional as well as civil organizational staff to the demonstration of the innovative methodology of our C’MAN (Cultural Management adapted to new needs) project.

The event will also feature the DemArt and Creative Agora projects as exemplary practices implemented using the C’MAN methodology.

About DemArt project:
What is art commission? What role does the population of the 7th district play in the creation of a new artwork? How can the process of creating, funding and creating art be democratised? How can we work together on this international level?

The DemArt project aims to democratise the funding of art projects by developing an innovative, replicable participatory process for municipalities, which allows community members to commission selected artists.
